Are these toys?
Our kits and parts are not toys. They should be operated in a safe environment, such as an arena with 1/4" lexan thick walls as a minimum. No person or persons under 18 should operate or near our kits without strict parental oversight.

Can I return any items?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any kind for any reason. This is due to the nature of combat robotics. However, if you ever find any issues or defects with our kit *before use*, please reach out to us and we will resolve the issue.

Why don't you sell the lithium battery with the combat robot kit?

Lithium batteries have specific shipping and product regulations which would increase the price dramatically of our kit. We exclude this item to keep our kits affordable, and leave battery sales up to other companies which specialize in batteries.

Where do I find tournaments?

There are two primary places to find tournaments. "Builders Database" and "Robot Combat Events" are the two terms to google to find tournaments.

Can I buy a custom combat robot kit?

Please email us for any custom kit requests, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes! Any questions you run into or encounter, we are happy to help with us. We normally reply in under 24 hours.

Is this for beginners?
​
Our combat robot kit can be assembled and operated by someone with NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE! The more you use and work on our kits, the more you will learn and better driver you will become.

Will I break parts in tournaments?
​
Due to the nature of combat robotics, it is likely you will break some parts. However, our testing as well as customer reports have shown our kits are extremely durable and much more reliable than many of the opponents you will face.
